2010 Rates
Our all-inclusive daily rates are per person, quoted in Canadian funds, and include all meals, accommodation, 4-5 hours of riding daily, and use of all Ranch facilities!

Rates quoted are for a 24-hour package commencing on your arrival at the ranch, and are subject to G.S.T. (5%) and Provincial Room Tax (1.2%).
Non-riding rates are available - please contact us for further details.
We have a few deluxe rooms available for a supplemental charge.
Weekly Special: Stay for seven nights - pay for only six!
Please note that a minimum stay may be required on busy weekends (2 nights on regular weekends, 3 nights on long weekends).
Full daily maid service is available upon request at $10/day per room, but is included free of charge every three nights for longer stays.
If you have children under 16 years of age, please ask us about the "Fitness Tax Credit".
Booking and Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit of one full day's rate for every five days booked to secure your reservation. Final payment is required 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another reservation within one year of the original booking if sufficient notice is given to allow us to re-sell the space.
Sorry, no refunds on any unused portion of the package; however, if your check-in / check-out times are such that you would lose a significant portion of your package, we may be able to work out a special rate for you.
Riding Policy
Upon booking, we will require the following information for everyone in the party who intends to participate in horseback riding: height, weight and riding experience, based on novice, intermediate or advanced. If you are making this reservation for someone other than yourself, please be sure to have accurate information, or have them contact us directly.
We will use this information to select the best horse for you, and if it's a "match" - (that is, if both you and the horse are happy!) - that is generally your horse for the duration of your stay!
Weight limitations are in effect, therefore very large or heavy people may not be able to ride, or may be limited to a walking ride only. If we are unable to provide a horse for you, we can offer a non-riding discount.
The ranch reserves the right to limit availability of horseback riding due to anything which may in our judgement pose a threat to the safety of either horse or rider.
Note: All Persons who intend to participate in horseback riding will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
Cowboy boots or boots with a smooth sole and a good heel are required for all rides. Helmets are strongly recommended for all ages, and are mandatory for all riders under 19 yrs of age. The ranch has boots and helmets available for a rental fee of $2.00 per day.
Children must be 8 years of age to go on the trail rides, but kids under 8 can enjoy a parent-led pony ride in the arena.

IF YOU ARE CHECKING IN EARLY, please note that rooms may not be ready for check-in prior to 4:00pm. FOR LATE CHECK-OUTS, we may require that the room be cleared by 1:00pm, in which case alternate shower and changing facilities are available.
