Adults-only for this one - very special menus and complimentary wine tastings paired with assorted amazing appetizers throughout the weekend. Some of the mouthwatering appie creations served by our Chef last year were:
Smoked beef tenderloin on yam chip with apple mustard and pomegranate pearls * Wild purple figs stuffed with blue cheese & walnuts, roasted in the oven, then drizzled with honey * Lobster fingers * 12 hour pork ribs, braised with star anise, fennel & love, then painted with home made BBQ sauce * Goat cheese stuffed with Persian dates and rolled in crunchy pistachios * Scallop "BLT" - a seared scallop sliced & filled with chipotle mayo, crispy pancetta, cherry tomatoes & watercress * Prawn lollipops - lemon & sage prawns wrapped in pancetta & grilled to perfection

This is the time to enjoy those really long, hot summer days - spend afternoons by the pool and then experience a magical evening ride after dinner, returning to appies and dessert on the patio as the stars start to come out.

What can we say about this one? Many of our regulars think this is the best riding of the year. Traditional Thanksgiving feast on Sunday, and a long-running, always hotly contested horseshoe tournament!

Halloween Party & Closing Weekend

Here's a fun way to kick off the spookiest time of the year! Haunted House, pumpkin carving, complimentary creepy cocktails, and a grand Monster Mash costume party and dance with a prize for the best costume - plus, everyone who dresses up is entered to win a free weekend!
